there's a huge gap between "narcissistic" and "tsundere"... We can say being a yandere is part of being a narcicist but never on a pure-hearted tsundere.

I think after a certain phase in life, one should be outgrowing the tsundere phase. Kanako is past that phase imo. Being tsunderr is fun for teens and young adults but does not work for a working adult life. So much trouble that could be spared...

she's still a kid so yeah....but believe me, even in their 30's girls act tsundere still. Women are forever childish and selfish...if they were spoiled.

Maybe if society would be respectful about aging women, we would not feel like we have to put on 30 creams to look young, lie about our age and be straight up in denial about something irreversible. Yet little girls are pushed into maturing faster so they can take care of the boys better.

But yes you're right. Spoiling kids will make selfish adults. (I don't necessary see childishness in adults as something bad as long as they're able to accept the consequences of their actions and take responsibility. Something Ichikas dad apparently couldn't 😐)

Yep, Nagomu is my favorite boy this season.. He's literally a balanced character terms of development, relationship with characters etc. He's just too good for the MC even though as always his parents treat him like a garbage scum parasite.. Also, Now I get why those 2 girls fell in love with him.. But one will get rejected that's definitely gonna happen.

Both of them need to get rejected. As much as I love Mitsuru, she's really not ready for a mature relationship. Kanoko needs to move on. They can totally still be friends, but she already threw away their relationship for selfish reasons. She doesn't just get to walk back up and say "we're dating again."

I still think kanoko still has a chance to get back at nagomu and fixed their relationship but that won't happen rn because nagomu is enjoying his life here

I don't think Nagomu understood that it was to be a date, neither girl clarified it being a date, and He does know he's an old man to Mitsuru. In his mind it wasn't a date but more hanging out and seeing some lights together. And honestly it was better than standing up Mitsuru after agreeing to go see the lights together. He's a great guy but you gotta hand it to the girls in this situation for being chill about it.

I secretly expected some kind of rivalry tension between the girls for comedic effect as usually happens in these episodes, but sasuga Deaimon to make even this awkward situation wholesome and dramaless. It truly is a healing anime that soothes my nerves after watching shield hero.

He probably didn't see either of them as dates and was just hanging out with them, at least he didn't do the dick move and stand Mitsuru up.

I wouldn't call it dense, it's not as though she's confessed to him so he has no idea that she likes him like that, why would a 30 year old assume a high schooler from his work place wants to date him? It's not even on his mind. I'm sure he's aware of he kind of trouble that could get him in, he's clumsy but he's not as dumb as he appears either. He more than likely sees her as a friend and nothing more. You gotta take the situation into the equation. Again she only asked if he'd go with her, it was a rehearsal and he walked by and said sure, she never mentioned going alone with him, in his mind he's not in the wrong here because it wasn't made clear to him, both girls should know him well enough at this point to know to make that clear, at least after this time.

There’s a lot you can read from someone’s body language and attitude. It actually wouldn’t be too hard to see that the girl has a crush on him if he were just a little more observant. I mean, even little Itsuka managed to pick up on the fact without being specifically told. Not to mention, in Japan, a girl asking a guy to spend time with her on Christmas Eve generally has pretty clear romantic connotations.

Nice to see Kanoko and Mitsuru's psychological battle again when they were rating each other's presents for Nagomu, it was amusing to see Itsuka see the three of them pass her by and fearing the drama that will ensue. I also thought it was amusing how Kanoko held Nagomu's hand to see if she'd have a similar reaction to Mitsuru only to feel nothing and through his hand back down lol.

I love how completely oblivious Nagomu was to the silent “war” that was raging around him. xD

TBH it was pretty mild in comparison with other anime with similar situations. They both kinda act mature in this series.
